Otton will sit out the Thursday night contest after being unable to make enough progress in practice throughout the week to suit up, leaving the Tampa Bay passing attack without its safety valve against an underwhelming Atlanta defense Thursday night. Payne Durham will likely start at tight end in Otton’s absence against the Falcons Thursday night.
