Brandin Echols (groin) could play in Week 18

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said he has "some level of optimism" about CB Brandin Echols for Week 18 against the Ravens. (Gerry Dulac on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Echols has been battling a groin injury. It is a win-or-go-home game for the Steelers for the AFC North and a playoff spot Sunday night against Baltimore. Echols status will need to be monitored in practice the rest of the week.
