The Arizona Cardinals are expected to hire Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur as their next head coach. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

The Rams will be left searching for a new offensive coordinator again as the Cardinals work on finalizing a deal with LaFleur. The Rams had one of the best offenses in the NFL in 2025 and quarterback Matthew Stafford was an MVP candidate. Additionally, LaFleur is familiar with the division.
