Trent McDuffie: Chiefs trading star CB to Rams

The Kansas City Chiefs are trading cornerback Trent McDuffie to the Los Angeles Rams for the No. 29 pick, a fifth- and sixth-rounder in the 2026 NFL Draft, and a third-round pick in 2027. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Rams had two first-round picks because of a deal last season with the Atlanta Falcons, making the picks expendable following an NFC Championship run. McDuffie perfectly fills a need on L.A.'s defense as they push for a Super Bowl. The Chiefs have made a habit of moving players as they approach their second contracts, but they acquire four picks in this move.
