Fantasy Impact:
Burks flashed at times for the Commanders last year, and with their receivers getting a little older between Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel, it was wise to bring in some youth. Burks has never lived up to his first round draft capital, but hopefully he can string together some game for the Commanders this season.
