Fantasy Impact:
Hall is still seeking a contract extension after the Jets placed the franchise tag on him. His current upside for fantasy managers remains limited on what has been one of the worst offenses in the NFL. This will need to be a situation to continue to monitor to see if the two sides can reach agreement on an extension.
