Fantasy Impact:
Rumors had some out that Vegas would want to have a veteran start the year for them while presumed No.1 pick Fernando Mendoza sits, and with Cousins in the fold, that is likely a reality. If nothing else, he gives the Raiders a nice backup option that is familiar with the Kubiak system thanks to his time in Minnesota.
