Fantasy Impact:
Allen is only signing a one-year deal with the Colts, but the veteran is still an impact player and should be able to soak up a considerable amount of targets this year. Indianapolis' decision to bring in Allen is a bad sign for the health of Alec Pierce (ankle), who has yet to practice at all this offseason and has no concrete timetable for his return. The 34-year old will likely only have streaming value at this point in his career, but his presence on this offense will help Daniel Jones while hurting the fantasy value of players like Alec Pierce (ankle), Josh Downs (groin), and Ashton Dulin.
