Raiders re-sign Donald Penn to two-year deal

The Oakland Raiders and OL Donald Penn agree to terms on a two-year deal worth $14 million with $7 million guaranteed in the first year according to Ian Rapoport. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

The Oakland Raiders made their big splash in free agency last week by signing pass rusher Bruce Irvin and Kelechi Osemele. Here in the second wave, they boost their protection for Derek Carr by retaining one of their own, Donald Penn. Penn is expected to resume his role at the tackle position with Osemele moving into guard.
