Dri Archer was claimed off waivers by the Buffalo Bills (Jay Skurski on twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
There is not much fantasy relevance here. Archer is a speedster and a home run threat every time he is on the field, the issue is getting on the field. As of now, Archer should not be on anyone's radar.
