Bears linebacker John Timu made an appearance on Chicago Sports Land Radio last week and had this to say about the upcoming season, "I see the Bears heading to the top. We were a handful of players short from our record being the other way around. This year is a whole different story.†(Bears Backer)
Fantasy Impact:
Entering his second year with the Bears, Timu battled his way onto the roster after being an undrafted free agent out of Washington last season. He started the final three games of the year and proved he belonged at ILB. With Danny Trevathan and Jerrell Freeman coming in, Timu will be relegated to sub-package duties, but he is a top backup and core special teamer.
