Luke McCown has off night in preseason opener

Garrett Grayson, not McCown, started the second series after Drew Brees and was ineffective in the second half. He completed 18 of 26 passes for 143 yards with a TD and INT.
Fantasy Impact:
The TD was nice for McCown, but he overthrew a wide open WR for an easy TD and also fumbled the ball on a sack that was recovered for a defensive TD. McCown is a veteran who will bounce back and become the backup QB despite having a rough night and working as the 3rd QB in the preseason opener.
