DeAndre Levy returns to practice

Lions' star linebacker DeAndre Levy missed nearly all of 2015 with a hip injury and, after appearing on the nonfootball injury list at the beginning of training camp, has been activated and returned to practice Tuesday. (Detroit Lions via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Lions should be expected to take things easy bringing Levy back to live action and it's unlikely he'll see time in any preseason games, but this comes as very welcome news to Detroit's defense, as they lost LB Jon Bostic to injury this week and are currently relying on rookie Antwione Williams at weak-side linebacker. While Levy expects to be the same player he was before his injury, IDP fantasy owners should temper their expectations early in the season and look at Levy as a second-tier fantasy linebacker with a very high ceiling.
