Doug Martin coming off the board as RB12 in drafts

Doug Martin is getting drafted as the 12th running back off the board in PPR drafts, a year after finishing as RB5, rushing for 1,402 yards and six touchdowns.
Fantasy Impact:
Martin is getting drafted 31st overall which puts him in the middle of the third round for most drafts. His value and production will be tied to how effectively he and Tampa Bay run the ball as Charles Sims is usually in line for the pass catching situations. Tampa Bay opens up against the Falcons.
