Fantasy Impact:
Clay will be active in Week 4. With Sammy Watkins placed on the injured reserve list this week, the Bills are in dire need of a passing game. Clay could become more involved in the offense from here on out in Watkins' absence until one of Buffalo's wideouts emerges as a legitimate threat.
