DeAndre Smelter signed to practice squad

The San Francisco 49ers signed WR DeAndre Smelter to their practice squad and released WR Dres Anderson.
Fantasy Impact:
Smelter was previously released by the 49ers prior to the start of the season on September 3rd. The only way he'll make it on the roster is if other WRs suffer injuries, which Smelter has a problem avoiding as it is. It's doubtful that he has any fantasy impact this year.
