Julio Jones a true game-time decision for Week 14

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones (turf toe) is a true game-time decision for Week 14. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rapoport reports that Jones will test his toe injury during pregame. He will "run on grass, then decide" his playing status against the Rams - which is currently "up in the air." The Insider added that it didn't seem like Jones would play all week leading into early Saturday morning, but the wideout participated in the team's walkthrough, which "keeps the door open" for an active designation for Sunday. Reports flurried via D. Orlando Ledbetter, a Falcons beat writer, that Jones would be a "decoy at best" if he plays as he did not participate in practice all week. Therefore, his fantasy owners should consider Jones a boom or bust option and a tremendous fantasy risk for Week 14. Keep in mind that if Jones is not a decoy and has a role, it will likely be a limited one.
