Adonai Mitchell
WR - Indianapolis Colts
2024 Outlook
Availability
Adonai Mitchell caught his lone target for a 36-yard gain in a 38-30 win over the Titans in Week 16.
Fantasy Impact
Mitchell only made one catch but he made it count, helping lead to a Matt Gay field goal in the second quarter. Depending on Alec Pierce's (concussion) health, Mitchell could remain the Colts' top deep threat in Week 17 against the Giants.
Adonai Mitchell did not catch any of his four targets in the Colts 31-13 loss against the Broncos.
Fantasy Impact
Mitchell also threw a pick-six on a trick play that was going back to Anthony Richardson. He'll remain a big play dependent WR4/WR5.
Adonai Mitchell caught just one of his three targets for 10 yards in the Colts' 24-6 Week 12 loss to the Lions.
Fantasy Impact
Mitchell continues to struggle to produce consistently in the Indianapolis passing offense, finishing with less than three receptions in 10 of 12 games. The rookie wideout remains a boom-or-bust option that will be difficult for fantasy managers to trust ahead of a Week 13 contest against the New England Patriots.
Adonai Mitchell has put up 244 yards on 19 receptions so far in his rookie campaign. He's also ran the ball three times for 16 yards.
Fantasy Impact
Mitchell has struggled to haul in passes so far this year, catching less than half of his 40 total targets. Granted, not all of those are on him, but it could be part of the reason why he's had such a small and inconsistent snap share. When given the opportunity against Buffalo, he had a season-high six catches for 71 yards, but that game was sandwiched around two games of 9% and 17% snap shares. Mitchell has the ability to get something going as the year rolls on, but right now he's firmly behind Josh Downs, Michael Pittman, and Alec Pierce.
Adonai Mitchell caught 6-of-6 targets for 71 yards in the Colts 30-20 loss against the Bills.
Fantasy Impact
Mitchell saw some added opportunity in the absence of Michael Pittman. If Pittman misses another game, Mitchell would remain in the WR3/flex conversation.
