The Patriots have signed Bear Pascoe, ESPN's Mike Reiss reports. With fellow tight end Clay Harbor opening training camp on the Patriots' PUP list, Pascoe adds depth at the position, be he remains off the fantasy radar, with the team still rostering Rob Gronkowski and Martellus Bennett.
