LB - IND
Week 7 Outlook
LB Darius Leonard (groin) will not play Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Bengals.
Leonard was listed as doubtful heading into Sunday's contest against the Bengals, and was ultimately ruled out. He will miss his second consecutive game due to a groin injury. Look for Zaire Franklin to start in his place. With Leonard ruled out, his absence helps Joe Mixon and Bengals' running game.
Colts LB Darius Leonard missed practice again on Thursday with a groin injury.
Leonard hasn't practiced since the injury occurred against the Bears in Week 4. He missed last week's game against the Browns and without practicing seems like a long shot to be on the field Sunday when the Colts take on the Bengals. Indianapolis has a bye in Week 7, so it may be in the team's best interest to allow their star LB time to rest up and get healthy for the playoff push.
Indianapolis Colts linebacker Darius Leonard did not practice on Wednesday. He missed Week 5 with a groin injury.
The hope is that Lenoard will be able to take the practice field on Thursday and Friday before being cleared to play this weekend. Leonard remains a top-five LB option in IDP leagues and should be reinserted into lineups if he is active this weekend. This is a situation to monitor.
Colts LB Darius Leonard (groin) has been ruled out for the team's Week 5 game against the Browns.
This is a brutal blow for one of the best defenses in football. Leonard didn't practice this week and will be missed against Cleveland's dominant rushing attack. Kareem Hunt should be fired up as an RB1 in season-long leagues.
Colts' stud LB Darius Leonard has been deemed questionable to return to Sunday's game due to a groin injury.
It's unclear when the injury occurred, but Leonard was spotted limping to the locker room just before halftime. Rookie Jordan Glasgow would be in line to replace him on the field if Leonard is unable to return.
