Mills has played very little this season, completing just 3 of 7 passes for 24 yards while appearing in three games. However, he made 26 starts over the past two years for the Texans, so a lack of experience is not really a factor for the third-year pro. That said, Mills is nowhere near as talented as Stroud, so downgrade expectations for all Houston pass catchers.
