Achane went down early in the Dolphins contest against Kansas City, with Ollie Gordon filling in as the primary rusher in his absence. Gordon is now a primary pickup for fantasy, and Jaylen Wright is worth a pickup as well.
Dolphins RB De'Von Achane has officially been ruled out for the remainder of Week 3 with a knee injury.

Achane was tackled awkwardly in the first quarter and was taken to the locker room for further evaluation. Ollie Gordon will handle the primary running back duties for the remainder of the game against the Chiefs. He will finish the day with 17 yards on three carries.

Achane suffered the knee injury early in the first quarter, rushing three times for 17 yards prior to exiting. Ollie Gordon II will take over in the backfield against the Chiefs Sunday.
De'Von Achane gained 74 yards on 20 carries and caught 3-of-6 targets for 19 yards in Sunday's 35-13 loss to the 49ers.
Fantasy Impact
Achane's touches went up in Week 2, but his efficiency in the Dolphins' anemic offense was about the same. The dual-threat back has yet to find the end zone through two games while averaging just 3.5 yards per carry. He's best viewed as an RB2 for now, with his volume of touches being the main reason. Achane has a tough matchup coming against the Chiefs.
De'Von Achane carried the ball 11 times for 36 yards while also hauling in four of his five targets for 30 yards in the Dolphins' 27-13 Week 1 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Fantasy Impact
Achane was unable to find much running room out of the backfield in the season opener, with the Las Vegas defense challenging new starting quarterback Malik Willis to beat it through the air. The running back remains a dynamic option in PPR formats, but fantasy managers may need to temper expectations in the short term, with a Week 2 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers up next.
