It was Sample's only catch of the day and goes in the books as the first touchdown of his career. Sample will not be a recommended fantasy option in Week 17 against the Ravens.
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Drew Sample caught his lone target for a four-yard gain in a 27-17 win over the Steelers in Week 15.
The Bengals completed just seven passes on 13 attempts in the win, so Sample was lucky to contribute what he did. The second-year tight end will not be a recommended option in Week 16 against the Texans.
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Drew Sample caught 3-of-4 targets for 21 yards in a 30-7 loss to the Cowboys in Week 14.
Sample was quiet in the loss. The second-year tight end has turned in some solid games this season but the consistency isn't there. He will be a low-end TE2 in Week 15 against the Steelers.
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Drew Sample caught all seven of his targets for 49 yards in a 19-7 loss to Miami in Week 13.
Sample turned in a solid outing for the Bengals, leading the team in catches. That being said, it is hard to trust him in Week 14 against the Cowboys due to Cincy's struggles on offense without Joe Burrow.
