Eli Rogers totals 66 yards on Sunday

Eli Rogers did as much as he could on Sunday to help the Steelers advance to the Super Bowl, but it wasn't enough. Rogers caught six passes for 66 yards.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers is definitely a talented receiver and Pittsburgh is excited to have him. If Rogers can stay out of trouble, he will easily be the Steelers number two receiver next to Antonio Brown. It's a very good combination of Brown, Rogers, and Roethlisberger as their gunslinger.

Eli Rogers hauls in five passes Sunday

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Eli Rogers caught 5-of-7 targets for 27 yards receiving in Sunday's Divisional Round Playoff win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers continues to be a solid contributor out of the slot for a Steelers offense that heavily features Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown in the passing game. With the aforementioned players eating up the bulk of the offensive touches, Rogers is a hit or miss DFS option for Sunday's Championship game at New England. However, the Patriots could elect to take away Bell and Brown and force the Steelers to feature their lower-end options -- that include Rogers and Sammie Coates -- to beat them next week.

Eli Rogers barely a part of the Steelers' 30 point effort

Eli Rogers caught one pass for 19 yards against the Dolphins in the AFC Wild Card Round on Sunday. This came after Rogers had 15 catches and a touchdown over the last three games of the season. Rogers had 48 receptions for 594 yards and three touchdowns this season.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers' poor performance should not have DFS players fade him in the AFC Divisional Round, as he did have 15 catches on 17 targets over the previous games. A speedy and reliable option, as Rogers caught his only target in the Wild Card and has caught 73.1% of his targets this season, he is the WR2 for a strong Steelers' offense. The Chiefs rank 16th against fantasy WR this season and, while Rogers did not play against Kansas City earlier this season, Pittsburgh WR had four touchdowns in that matchup.

Eli Rogers hauls in four balls for 84 yards in Sunday's 31-27 victory

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers caught 4-of-5 targets for 84 yards in Sunday's victory over the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers was relatively active throughout the entire game, finishing with just 12 yards less than WR Antonio Brown. With a multitude of injuries to Pittsburgh's receiving corps, Rogers has come up big in back-to-back contests after scoring the game-winning TD over the Bengals in Week 15. Rogers made a leaping grab during the Steelers' final drive of the day to keep the chains moving. Ultimately, AB scored the game-winner this week but Rogers was an important part of the offense. He should find plenty of playing time in Week 17 regardless of who starts around him, making him a potential WR3 in fantasy football's whackiest week of play. If you're like most fantasy owners out there, Week 17 won't be utilized for the most important round of postseason action. Regardless, Rogers' re-draft value for 2017 is a bit up in the air with plenty of Pittsburgh WRs either returning from injury or suspension, but he's someone to keep an eye on this offseason after a surprisingly productive 2016 campaign.

Eli Rogers buries the Bengals with game-winning touchdown grab

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers caught 5-of-6 targets for 75 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Bengals.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers was a busy man in the second half, where he did nearly all of his damage. He hooked up with Ben Roethlisberger for a 24-yard TD strike about halfway through the fourth quarter, and this proved to be the game-winning score. He ran a nice post route and Big Ben found him in the middle of the field a few yards into the end zone. Despite the productive outing, Rogers will be hard to trust as anything more than a WR4/5 in deeper leagues when the Steelers invite Baltimore to Heinz Field on Christmas day.
