Eli Rogers active but invisible against Chiefs

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers finished Sunday's win over the Chiefs without a single reception, despite being active for the first time in three weeks.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers was a healthy scratch the past two contests, but his "active" designation didn't result in any fantasy production in Week 6. Sliding down the depth chart in Pittsburgh, Rogers would probably need an injury or two before he became relevant in any format.

Eli Rogers fumbles punt, goes catchless against Bears

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers went catchless and fumbled a punt return during Sunday's loss to the Bears.

Fantasy Impact

One of the worst games in Rogers' young career, this is surely one to forget. His muffed punt hurt the Steelers early in the first quarter and his zero receptions reflect how untrustworthy Rogers is for fantasy purposes. He'll have some solid games here and there, but is only worth a bench spot in very deep formats.

Eli Rogers tallies 43 yards on four receptions

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers caught 4-of-7 targets for 43 yards in a 26-9 victory over the Minnesota Vikings.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers found himself moving the chains late in the game as Ben Roethlisberger's safety valve across the middle of the field. That being said, he'll be nothing more than a end-of-bench reserve option in deep leagues when the Steelers face the Bears in Week 3.

Eli Rogers quiet as Steelers' offense struggles in Week 1 win

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers caught 2-of-3 targets for 11 yards in Sunday's win over the Browns.

Fantasy Impact

Rogers operated as the Steelers' third wideout ahead of rookie JuJu Smith-Schuster, but failed to put up any meaningful statistics. This was mainly due to the fact that Pittsburgh's offense was oddly out of sync in Week 1. Look for Rogers to perform better next week against Minnesota, but he still won't be a recommended fantasy starter.

Eli Rogers leads Steelers in receiving against Colts

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers hauled in 5-of-6 target for a team-high 58 yards in Saturday's preseason loss to the Colts.

Fantasy Impact

Two of those five receptions came from Ben Roethlisberger early on, whom he showed great chemistry with. Rogers looked agile and effective this preseason and will serve as Big Ben's slot option to open the year. He will be hard-pressed to provide steady fantasy numbers, but is worth a bench spot in deeper leagues as his offense is one of the NFL's best.
