Eli Rogers re-signs with Steelers

Pro Football Talk reports the Steelers will re-sign Eli Rogers to a one-year contract. (Pro Football Talk on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rogers appeared in just three games last year after tearing his ACL the previous season. The slot receiver will compete for snaps behind JuJu Smith-Schuster, Donte Moncrief, and perhaps James Washington.
