The Patriots placed WR Gunner Olszewski (foot) on injured reserve.
He had already been ruled out for Week 1. New England suddenly has a very thin receiving corps heading into the 2020 campaign.

Olszewski has been limited in practice due to a sore foot. He will not play Week 1 against the Bills. Look for Jakobi Myers to see additional snaps and serve as the Patriots WR3 behind Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry.

Olszewski is dealing with a sore foot and was limited in practice on Wednesday. He reportedly looked like the second-best WR after Julian Edelman during training camp. Olszewski is expected to be the Patriots’ WR3 behind Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry.
According to Patriots beat writer Doug Kyed, second-year wideout Gunner Olszewski out of Bemidji State University has looked like the second-best WR after Julian Edelman in camp.
It was noted that N’Keal Harry was making a push to take that spot from Olszewski, but nonetheless, the undrafted second-year man is making a name for himself amongst a young and relatively inexperienced group of wide receivers after Edelman and Mohamed Sanu.
