WR - WAS
Week 13 Outlook
Jahan Dotson secured 5 of 6 targets for 52 yards in Thursday's 45-10 loss to the Cowboys.
This was not Dotson's best game of the season, but it definitely was not his worst, as the roller coaster of production has persisted all season for the second-year receiver. Dotson has been more up than down over the last several weeks, as he has now caught at least four passes in four of the last six games, eclipsing 40 yards each time. He has also scored three touchdowns in that span.
Jahan Dotson caught 3-of-4 targets for 23 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' loss to the New York Giants on Sunday.
Dotson failed to catch a pass last week but now has caught a touchdown in three of his last four games. Sharing the field with Curtis Samuel seems to be his biggest weakness as he has done better without the former Panther on the field. Dotson is a risky option at best on Thanksgiving against Dallas and for the rest of the season.
Jahan Dotson caught 0-of-2 targets in the Commanders' 29-26 loss against the Seahawks.
Dotson had some big games with Curtis Samuel sidelined, but that came to an end Sunday afternoon. He remains in the low-end WR3 conversation.
Jahan Dotson caught 4-of-8 targets for 69 yards with one touchdown in the Commanders’ 20-17 win over the Patriots.
Dotson found the end zone in the third quarter on a beautiful 33-yard touchdown pass from Sam Howell. The 23-year-old now has touchdowns in his last two games, and has seen at least eight targets in each of his last three games. Dotson will look to continue his momentum in a Week 10 matchup with Seattle.
Jahan Dotson hauled in eight of his 10 targets for 108 yards and one touchdown in the Commanders' 38-31 loss to the Eagles in Week 8.
Dotson has struggled to make a consistent impact despite increased target share of late, finishing with less than 50 yards in four of his last five games while receiving at least five targets in four of those five contests. The wideout will look to continue to build a rapport with quarterback Sam Howell in a Week 9 matchup against the New England Patriots.
