James Cook
RB - BUF
2023 Outlook
James Cook rushed the ball 11 times for 99 yards and a touchdown while also catching one pass for nine yards in Saturday's 35-13 win over the Chicago Bears.
Fantasy Impact
Cook was efficient on Saturday, totaling over 100 yards on nine yards per carry in an easy win over the Bears. He wasn't very involved in the passing game, but he made up for it with a productive game on the ground. He's been picking up his production over the past couple of weeks and could be a decent fantasy option in next week's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
James Cook took five carries for 34 yards on Saturday and caught two passes for five yards and a touchdown.
Fantasy Impact
Cook has been coming on lately in the Bills' offense and is establishing himself as a meaningful contributor. He will still be a tough start on a week-to-week basis, but he is a possible upside swing for managers looking to take a risk. Perhaps that upside will be on display in Week 16 when the Bills take on a poor Bears defense.
James Cook took four carries for six yards and caught a single pass for nine yards in Sunday's win over the Jets.
Fantasy Impact
Cook, and the rest of the Bills' backfield, were not able to perform against a stout Jets defense. Cook has been more involved lately but is anything but a sure thing on a week-to-week basis. Consider Cook a low-end flex option in Week 15 when the Bills take on the Dolphins.
James Cook tallied 64 rushing yards on 14 carries in a 24-10 win over New England. Cook caught all six of his targets for 41 yards.
Fantasy Impact
Cook out-carried Devin Singletary by one and saw four more targets in the passing game. Cook ran hard against a tough Patriots’ defensive front and did enough to likely earn more carries moving forward. The Bills and Cook will take on the Jets in an important divisional matchup in Week 14.
James Cook had two carries for four yards Thursday and caught two of his five targets for 14 yards.
Fantasy Impact
Cook had been getting more and more work recently, but the rookie RB did not see that level of work on Thanksgiving day. Cook will have a chance to see more work down the stretch, but as it stands it is hard to justify playing him as you make your final push this season.
