Josh Norman
CB -
Week 6 Outlook
Availability
Josh Norman was elevated from the Panthers practice squad and will play on Sunday against the Buccaneers.
Fantasy Impact
Norman signed with Carolina earlier in the week. He is expected to play on limited snaps, but the Panthers need all the help they can get in the secondary with Jaycee Horn sidelined.
San Francisco 49ers cornerback Josh Norman is active for Monday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams.
Fantasy Impact
Norman was limited in practice all week with the rib injury but will suit up for what should be an exciting matchup against a divisional opponent. While no longer the highly regarded number one he once was, Norman is still a key part of the 49ers secondary. He has been targeted less in coverage this season but has still found a way to get it done for IDP managers in CB leagues, recording back-to-back games of seven solo tackles in Week 7 and Week 8. He is more CB3 than CB2 for Week 10 due to an uncertain workload.
The San Francisco 49ers are signing free agent cornerback Josh Norman.
Fantasy Impact
Norman appeared in just nine games with the Bills last season, amassing one interception, two fumble recoveries, and 24 tackles. The 33-year-old is a former Pro Bowler and First-Team All-Pro who is heading into his 10th season in the NFL.
Bills' CB Josh Norman (COVID-19) has been activated from the league's Reserve/COVID-19 list, per Ian Rapoport.
Fantasy Impact
Norman hasn't played since Week 8 due to testing positive for COVID-19 but the Bills have managed to go 1-1 with Norman sidelined against both the Seahawks and Cardinals. Coming off their Week 11 Bye, the Bills may opt to keep rolling with third-year CB Levi Wallace who has filled in nicely in Norman's absence.
Bills CB Josh Norman has been ruled out for Week 10 due to testing positive for COVID-19.
Fantasy Impact
Norman missed Week 9 with a hamstring injury, and he'll miss Week 10 as well after landing on the COVID-19 reserve list. The Bills D/ST will have their work cut out for them against the prolific Cardinals offense, with CB Levin Wallace and S Dean Marlowe also testing positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.
