According to Stephen Holder of ESPN, edge rusher Kwity Paye, a 2021 first-round pick, suffered a bone bruise at practice on Wednesday, dodging a serious knee injury.

Paye's injury isn't believed to be serious, fortunate news for the Indianapolis Colts. In 2021, he had 32 tackles and three tackles for loss with 10 quarterback hits and a forced fumble while playing 66% of the team's snaps. Paye should be able to return soon, adding depth to the Colts' pass rush while they wait for a sophomore surge from the Michigan product.

Per Adam Schefter, Kwity Pays will miss the rest of Sunday's game with a hamstring injury.
