Los Angeles Rams

Just hours after word broke that the Rams signed former CFL kicker Lirim Hajrullahu, it is now being reported that they’re bringing in former XFL kicker Austin MacGinnis to compete for the job.
MacGinnis spent the early part of 2020 kicking for the XFL’s Dallas Renegades, going 10-10 on his field goal attempts. He’s been on an NFL roster before, but this will be his first real attempt at a starting spot in the NFL as the Rams look for a replacement for long-time kicker Greg Zuerlein.
CFL all-star kicker Lirim Hajrullahu is signing with the Los Angeles Rams.
The Rams had an opening at the kicker position after long-time kicker Greg Zuerlein left in free agency for the Cowboys. He’ll got a shot at the starting job in Los Angeles after kicking in the CFL for six seasons. Born in Kosovo, Hajrullahu and his family fled to Canada when he was nine years old. He’ll turn 30 next week.
The Los Angeles Rams D/ST totaled two interceptions and three fumble recoveries in the team's 31-24 Week 17 win over the Cardinals.
The defense also sacked Kyler Murray once. The unit wasn't as dominant in 2019 as they had been in years prior but they were still plenty useful for fantasy purposes. That'll likely remain the case entering 2020.
The Los Angeles Rams D/ST totaled six sacks and two interceptions in the team's 34-31 Week 16 loss to the Niners.
The defense was able to get pressure on Jimmy Garoppolo and this one and also forced the two turnovers. However, it wasn't enough to win the game. Fantasy owners could do worse than this unit for Week 17 against Arizona.
The Los Angeles Rams D/ST allowed 44 points, and recorded zero counting stats in Week 15 against the Dallas Cowboys.
The Rams lack of defense in Week 15 will be one of the biggest story lines of the week. They allowed a Cowboys team that had yet to beat a team with a winning record drop 44 points on them. The zero counting stats only make things worse, especially if your league deducts points for points allowed. Los Angeles will look to bounce back in a tough week 16 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.
