MarShawn Lloyd
RB - Green Bay Packers - IR
Availability
The Packers placed MarShawn Lloyd on injured reserve.
Fantasy Impact
Lloyd will not return this season as had been reported. Emanuel Wilson will continue to backup Josh Jacobs in the Packers backfield.
Packers coach Matt LaFleur implies that MarShawn Lloyd’s season is over because of the hamstring injury he recently suffered.
Fantasy Impact
Lloyd is entering the final week to be activated before he officially can't return. Emanuel Wilson should remain the backup to Josh Jacobs.
MarShawn Lloyd (calf) won't play in Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy Impact
Lloyd was recently designated to return from injured reserve and is in the middle of his 21-day practice window. He has been ruled out for Green Bay's game on Sunday, and it remains to be seen how much more time he will need to ramp up before retaking the field. Josh Jacobs (knee) is at risk of being sidelined for the Packers as well, so if he is ruled out, look for Emmanuel Wilson to be the team's bellcow in a tough matchup against the Broncos.
MarShawn Lloyd (groin) remained limited at Green Bay's practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Lloyd is still ramping up for a return from injured reserve. He was limited for another practice on Wednesday, but the expectation seems to be that he will be ready to make his return to in-game action sooner rather than later. He will assume a depth role behind Josh Jacobs whenever that happens.
MarShawn Lloyd has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Fantasy Impact
Lloyd is not quite ready to be activated from IR. He was able to get in a trio of limited practices this week, so he could be ready to return next week.
