Fantasy Impact

Hampton averaged just 2.6 yards per carry, but the bigger concern is the workload. Kimani Vidal also received seven carries and finished with seven touches compared to Hampton's 11. The four receptions helped Hampton in PPR formats, but a split backfield on an 0-6 offense isn't an ideal fantasy situation.

Omarion Hampton gained only 33 yards on 14 carries, adding a six-yard reception during Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact

Much to the chagrin of fantasy managers, Hampton continues to share the backfield load with Kimani Vidal and Keaton Mitchell. Hampton had at least found the end zone in three of the first four weeks, but he failed to do so in Week 5. The second-year back is averaging only 3.7 yards on his nearly 15 carries per game, and he's basically become an afterthought in the Chargers' passing attack.

Omarion Hampton ran for 45 yards and a touchdown on nine carries in the Chargers 30-23 loss against the Seahawks. He also caught 2-of-2 targets for eight yards receiving.

Fantasy Impact

Hampton saw just nine carries to 15 combined carries between Keaton Mitchell and Kimani Vidal. Hampton is a touchdown dependent flex play moving forward.

Omarion Hampton carried the ball 15 times for 56 yards while also failing to catch his lone target in the Chargers' 24-16 Week 3 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Fantasy Impact

Hampton struggled to find consistent running room Sunday, rushing for less than 60 yards for the second time in the first three contests. The running back remains one of the more reliable options as part of an inconsistent Chargers offense to begin the season, with a Week 4 contest against the Seattle Seahawks up next.

Fantasy Impact

Hampton was one of the lone bright spots for the Chargers on Sunday. He logged 115 total yards and found the end zone once over the course of the afternoon, though he left something to be desired in the passing game. He should continue to be a good fantasy option moving forward, though the present struggles of Los Angeles' offense may cap his upside from a fantasy perspective.
