TE - PIT
Week 7 Outlook
Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth caught all seven of his targets for 58 yards in a 23-20 overtime win over the Seahawks in Week 6.
Freiermuth finished second on the team in receiving as he continues to outproduce Eric Ebron. The rookie tight end now heads into his bye in Week 7 before a Week 8 matchup against the Browns. His role could continue to grow as the season goes on, but he remains a low-end TE2 in fantasy for now.
Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth caught both of his targets for seven yards in a 27-19 win over Denver in Week 5.
Freiermuth was quiet on an afternoon where the Steelers only attempted 25 passes. The rookie continues to split snaps with Eric Ebron, which is capping the upside of both players. Freiermuth will not be a recommended fantasy option in Week 6 against the Seahawks.
Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth caught his lone target for 11 yards in a 27-17 loss to the Packers in Week 4.
Freiermuth was unable to follow up on scoring the first touchdown of his career in the previous week. The rookie tight end will be a TE3 in Week 5 against the Broncos.
Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth caught 3-of-5 targets for 22 yards and a touchdown in a 24-10 loss to the Bengals in Week 3.
Freiermuth found the end zone for the first time in his NFL career on a four-yard pass from Ben Roethlisberger. The rookie tight end continues to overtake Eric Ebron as Pittsburgh's TE1. He will be a low-end TE2 in fantasy for Week 4 against the Packers.
Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth caught all four of his targets for 36 yards in a 26-17 loss to the Raiders in Week 2.
Freiermuth outproduced fellow tight end Eric Ebron, who was held without a catch on two targets. Freiermuth should be monitored as a potential TE2 in fantasy if he can keep ascending in the Pittsburgh offense.
