The San Francisco 49ers have reached a one-year deal with RB Patrick Taylor Jr., a former undrafted free agent out of Memphis.

Fantasy Impact

Taylor is 25 and averaged four yards a carry on limited snaps over three years in Green Bay. He played a career-high 226 offensive snaps in 2023 and saw 32 carries and 17 targets. He can provide further depth behind the established 1-2 hierarchy of Christian McCaffrey and Elijah Mitchell in S.F.

Patrick Taylor Jr. rushed for 30 yards on eight carries during the Packers' 33-10 win over the Vikings in Week 17.

Taylor saw increased opportunities with Green Bay leading by multiple touchdowns and AJ Dillon (shoulder) sidelined for most of the second half. The 25-year-old remains off the fantasy radar despite having the chance to earn more snaps if Dillon misses extended time.
