RB - BAL
Week 7 Outlook
Ravens RB Ty'Son Williams is a healthy scratch for Sunday's Week 6 game against the Chargers.
Latavius Murray, Devonta Freeman, and Le'Veon Bell will split touches in this one. Murray should once again be the lead back, which makes him the only one worth considering for fantasy purposes today. Williams can be cut in standard 12-team fantasy leagues.
Baltimore Ravens running back Ty'Son Williams carried the ball four times for six yards and added two receptions for 15 yards in a 31-25 overtime win over the Colts in Week 5.
Williams was back out there after being inactive for his team's previous game. That being said, he continues to operate well behind Latavius Murray while Devonta Freeman soaks up much of the passing-game work. As part of a cloudy three-man backfield, Williams will be tough to trust in fantasy in Week 6 against the Chargers.
Baltimore Ravens running back Ty’Son Williams is active for Monday Night Football against the Indianapolis Colts.
Williams was a healthy scratch in Week 4 due to his pass protection woes but it appears the Ravens value his juice in the run game. Latavius Murray is expected to draw the start but Williams should still see a sizable workload. Le’Veon Bell was not promoted from the practice squad with Williams active.
Ravens running back Ty'Son Williams (healthy scratch) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Williams' demotion to the inactives list represents a massive turn of events for the Ravens' backfield. After logging 187 scrimmage yards and one touchdown through the first two weeks of the season, he posted just five carries and 22 yards last week. Now, he's inactive, dropping below Latavius Murray, Le'Veon Bell, and Devonta Freeman on Baltimore's depth chart.
Baltimore Ravens running back Ty'Son Williams carried the ball five times for 22 yards in a 19-17 win over the Lions in Week 3.
Williams was unable to corral his lone target in the passing game. The running back took a step back after he ran for 77 yards against the Chiefs in Week 2, with Latavius Murray leading the Ravens running backs in touches against Detroit. Williams is all of a sudden tough to trust in fantasy for Week 4's matchup against the Broncos.
