Bolden Jr. does not figure to be a regular starter on the Bills, if he even makes the roster. His sticker need not be placed on the fantasy draft board for 2019.

Second-year 49ers wide receiver Victor Bolden has been suspended for the first four games of the 2018 NFL season for violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances. Bolden issued a statement, saying "Unknowingly, I used a supplement that was on the NFL's banned substance list. As a professional athlete, I take full responsibility for not verifying the ingredients of the supplement."

Fantasy Impact

An undrafted free agent out of Oregon State last season, Bolden was active for nine games but played just 28 snaps on offense without registering a catch. Mainly a special-teamer, Bolden will have a difficult time making San Francisco's roster and won't be eligible to play anywhere until Week 5.
