WR - LV
A healthy Davante Adams has finished no worse than WR5 attached to Aaron Rodgers since 2018, and he ended 2021 third in fantasy points per game at age 29.
Adams' high level of play won't stop in Las Vegas, but his fantasy stock does get slightly dented going from Rodgers to Derek Carr. It's unlikely that Carr hyper-targets Adams to the length of a 28% target share as Rodgers has done for so many seasons. Incumbent Raiders pass-catchers Darren Waller and Hunter Renfrow represent more target competition than Adams has ever played with since becoming the alpha in Green Bay.
We may see a slight dip in production compared to previous years because of his move to Las Vegas, but I'm not projecting that. He will still be the Alpha in this offense, he specifically chose the Raiders to be with his college QB, and there's a chance he actually see lighter coverage with the other weapons in this offense. Adams is one of 4 wide receivers with at least 250 routes to eclipse 2.50 yards per route run (YPRR) against man and zone coverage in 2021.
Move from Green Bay to Las Vegas should be considered only a slight downgrade - a little less target share, a little less QB talent
6/14 Update: Rumblings he'll play exclusively outside -- not awful for a WR of his talent, but he sure does make a killing in the slot too. Maybe his targets take a bigger hit than expected
Adams had another stellar year with 162 targets, 117 receptions, 1,498 yards receiving, and 11 receiving touchdowns in the fantasy season. He should be a fantasy star again in 2022, but he probably sees a slight drop in production playing with Derek Carr instead of Aaron Rodgers.
