There's certainly an opportunity for another RB on this LA depth chart to step up alongside Austin Ekeler. Jackson could be that option, but he's been unable to stay healthy now for so long that it's unlikely this coaching staff puts complete faith in him. He's worth monitoring throughout training camp though to see if he can step up into this potentially very fantasy relevant role.
