Baltimore Ravens sign CB Cassius Vaughn
The Baltimore Ravens have added more depth by signing former Detroit Lions cornerback Cassius Vaughn, according to the teams' website. Vaughn is a six-year veteran who has bounced around the NFL since 2010 from the Denver Broncos to the Indianapolis Colts and the Detroit Lions.
Last season, Vaughn started five of his 13 games and recorded 18 tackles, five passes defensed and two interceptions. Vaughn has a career 142 tackles, seven interceptions, 24 passes defensed, two touchdowns and one forced fumble. He would be a good back-up CB in case star CB Jimmy Smith does not return healthy.
