View More NotesThe last three weeks, I've started my outlook discussing how this offseason it was projected that George Pickens would be the Cowboys' top wideout. That couldn't be further from the truth. Over the last three weeks, CeeDee has been excellent. With back-to-back 100-yard games and averaging a touchdown a game, he is back amongst the top fantasy receivers. This week, they face Derrick Stingley Jr. and company. Despite the Texans posting a vaunted defense, they are allowing the seventh most passing yards per game. A lot of this has to do with getting beat in the short and intermediate game. If Pickens continues to hold down the outside position, Lamb should be moved around and able to take advantage of mismatches in coverage. As a result, don't be too worried about a date with DeMeco Ryans' defense.

Fantasy Impact
Lamb led the Cowboys in receiving yards in the close loss to Baltimore. The veteran wideout has topped 100 receiving yards in two of his three games this season, compiling 20 catches for 309 yards and three touchdowns overall. He will be a locked-in WR1 in fantasy in Week 4 despite a matchup against a tough Texans defense.
