He has split the red zone rushing role with Bhayshul Tuten, with each back getting two totes inside the 20-yard line, but outside of his touchdown equity has been unplayable in fantasy. He has averaged six carries and 18 rushing yards per game with zero passing game usage (zero targets). This isn't the matchup to consider a touchdown-or-bust flex option like Rodriguez for Week 3. New England has allowed the 14th-lowest explosive run rate, the tenth-lowest rushing success rate, and has ranked 15th in missed tackle rate.

Fantasy Impact
Rodriguez was quiet in the loss while Bhayshul Tuten went for 65 rushing yards and scored a one-yard touchdown. It appears that Tuten is pulling away from Rodriguez in the Jaguars' backfield committee after easily outproducing him across the first two games of the season. Rodriguez will not be a strong fantasy option heading into Week 3 against New England.
