View More NotesI guess the answer to how long Super Bowl hangovers last is three weeks. After a disgusting start to the season, Maye has posted back-to-back QB1 performances. This was the Drake Maye we all expected, throwing for seven touchdowns, one interception and rushing 15 times for 79 yards across his last two games. As always, we have to bring up "schedule" when discussing the Patriots. It's likely not a coincidence that these two weeks came against bottom-five defenses, while his first three weeks were against top-10 defenses. Drake Maye and the Patriots might be a fantasy scam in easy matchups, but the upside is undeniable. This week they face the Jets, who have quietly allowed the fourth fewest passing yards per game and fourth fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs. I don't want to lean too heavily on schedule, but if we see a bad week again, it will be undeniable. However, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and rank him as my QB5 this week.

Fantasy Impact
Maye turned in his best performance of the season in an excellent performance against Las Vegas. Maye connected with DeMario Douglas twice, Hunter Henry, and Kyle Williams to account for his four passing touchdowns. Maye and the Patriots will take on the Jets in Week 6.
