Justin Herbert suffered a hand injury that prohibited him from taking any snaps under center. While he is expected to undergo surgery on Monday, he still has a chance to play in Week 14, but Lance could see some snaps in short-yardage situations. This will remain a situation to monitor the rest of the week.
