Auston Matthews left Toronto's 3-2 win over Winnipeg Saturday night in the second period with a shoulder injury.
Fantasy Impact:
The Jets Jacob Trouba poleaxed Matthews' in the left shoulder with a clean check in front of the Winnipeg net. Mathews skated back to the bench in what looked like a considerable amount of pain. Consider him day-to-day now until more is known about the severity of the injury. It's a potentially huge blow for fantasy owners — Matthews' entered the game with a league-leading 10 goals.
