Philipp Grubauer allowed three goals on the 22 shots he faced in the Avalanche 6-3 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins. He finished the game with an .880 save percentage.
Fantasy Impact:
With Semyon Varlamov starting the previous game, the Avs fired up their back up to give him a rest and came through. Two of the three goals were pretty leaky however and slid through areas that they shouldn't have. The only person on the ice who was able to score on him was Sidney Crosby who buried a natural hat-trick. It is Colorado's sixth win in a row and brings his record to 6-1-2 with a .904 save percentage and 3.06 goals against average.
