First career playoff goal for Sam Girard

Sam Girard scored the second of seven goals the Avalanche hung on the Arizona Coyotes in their series-winning victory on Wednesday. Girard finished the game with a goal a plus-1 rating, a shot, two hits and a block.
Fantasy Impact:
It took Girard three years to pot on in the post season in his young career but he did so in solid fashion as he blasted a puck right through Darcy Kuemper for his first of the 2020 post season. The Avalanche defeated the Coyotes in five games and will face a much stiffer challenge with the Golden Knights.
