Nathan Mackinnon helps out twice in return

Nathan Mackinnon had two assists in Colorado's 8-2 defeat to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday. He registered two points, an even-rating, and five shots.
Fantasy Impact:
Yuck. It was nice to see Mackinnon back on the ice and producing. He had some flashes of his speed and stick handling but the Leafs defended them well and the Avs didn't look ready to play. They did lose Darcy Kuemper last minute but they didn't do much in front of Jonas Johansson to help the cause. He has one goal and 11 assists this year. The Avalanche will play in Montreal on Thursday.
