Nathan Mackinnon scores his fifth of the season

Nathan Mackinnon buried a goal and started the scoring for the Avalanche as the bested the visiting Toronto Maple Leafs in OT on Saturday. His stat line included a point, an even-rating, 12 shots and one block.
Fantasy Impact:
That wasn't a mistake, he actually had 12 on goal which will surely please fantasy managers who value that category. Mackinnon slid into the slot as the Avs were down 3-0 and wired one past Vezina-candidate Jack Campbell. That's his 13th point in the past six games. Make sure he's starting when the Avs play. Mackinnon has five goals and 34 points.
