Mikael Granlund tallies assist in season opener

Nashville Predators forward Mikael Granlund notched an assist Friday in a season-opening win over the San Jose Sharks.
Fantasy Impact:
Grandlund's third-period helper came on Matt Duchene's empty-net marker with less than a minute to go in a 4-1 Predators victory. After a couple of seasons of subpar production, Granlund bounced back with 64 points across 80 games last season and could be a quality source of assists between Filip Forsberg and Matt Duchene on the Predators' top line.
